Added Page

I just added another photo page....a page with old Invicta's pictures. I had an e-mail from Mark, the Invictas original lead guitar player. Mark and his wife Bev, now live in southern California. He and Bev have been together before the Invictas. In fact Mark and I shared an apartment for quite a while. He sent me a picture of him and Bev, which I have added to the Invictas regular photo page. What a rush!! I'll add more pictures as I can collect them. I have also added a couple good old Invicta's stories on the Invicatas History page.

I'm Back!!

Well, it is Saturday night and here I am working on this web site. Guess I need to get a life. Seriously I actually enjoy doing this. OK...nice day today, Max (son #1) and I did Starbucks this morning before he went to work. Good time for Dad and Son to shoot the bull. I enjoy it a lot. Worked on taxes (yuk) and balancing the check book, then watched (on DVD), Battlestar Galactica (the Mini series, season 1). Great show!! Got a lot of travel next week.

Catching up!

Well the snow just keeps falling which is a bummer since it was only a couple of weeks ago and it felt like early Spring. Oh well! Of course this means the airport got wacked with snow and will delay me from getting the bird out.

The scuttle on the Mac sites is that the new MacBook Pro may be out late next week. Steve Jobs, during his MacWorld keynote, indicated the laptops would be out by the end of February. Hope they are early since I have an order for one.

Did you get hit with the new virus going around? One was to hit Windoze PC's on the 3rd of February. Apparently it didn't do as much damage as most thought it would. According to what I have picked up, most of the damage to PC's was in India. I guess that is why all the call centers are there!!

I am working hard on the next Invictas DVD!! should be good!! Invictas #4 is on the way!!

What a Day!

What a day today! A big storm system hit us in Erie and started dumping a lot of snow. After weeks of fairly warm weather today is a shock!!
Worked rearranging a couple of my computers to make it easier to work on my MAC's!! Move over PC's. Yesterday Max and I did Starbucks, Borders and finally World of Music. World of Music sucks!! Too small, lousy prices but they really are the only game in town. The hope is a Guitar Center comes in town. That will blow the World of Music out.

Speaking of music....I purchased two new speaker cabinets for this summer (The Invictas). Purchased at the Guitar Center in Rochester. Great price! I am looking forward to this summer playing again. Love that Rock 'n Roll, plus I think we all look much better than the Stones!!

On the Road Again!

Well tomorrow starts more travel. No big deal; head to Rochester, NY Thursday to visit a few printers, then dinner/beers with friends from RIT and a full day of printing at RIT on Friday. Back late Friday night. I am listening a lot of the Mac podcasts on the new Mac's with the Intel chips. So far, so good. I got my MacBook Pro on order. So far all reports say it screams! While I love my present 1.5 ghz Powerbook, I am really looking forward to the MacBook Pro. Come on your PC folks, get a life and switch to Mac!!
